.COM WOD for Tomorrow "Nate" we will be running the Turkey Trot 10K!!!!!!!!

Turkey Trot 10k is Tomorrow!!! Please call me when you get downtown and we can all meet up. My phone number is 408-691-0430. I should hopefully be there with my dad no later than 8:20am.

Important weekend news:

No Class Tomorrow

Friday class is at 10:00am

Sat we will have class at 9:00am and practice what you suck at 10:00am

Sat night at 6:00pm is our Holiday Party, Don't forget your Ugly Sweater and $10 gift exchange item!!

Sunday we will have class at 10:00am



Workout for Tomorrow:


Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

Chief Petty Officer Nate Hardy was killed Sunday February 4th during combat operations in Iraq. Nate is survived by his wife, Mindi, and his infant son Parker.

Crossfit Santa Clara's newest member, Jag! Jag heard about Crossfit from a friend in Santa Cruz and is ready to take the next step and start working out. I can't wait to see what Jag can do, he seems very motivated! If you see Jag around please introduce yourself, welcome to the family!
