Sunday Class went great! I am defenitly considering adding a Sunday class permanetly, for now I will post several days in advance if we will be having class on Sunday.
This week we get in some new Kettlebells!!!!

A week or so ago I posted up an article from San Francisco Crossfit, I want you guys to remember that poor positioning and moving away from "best fit" might look bad and make your back ache, but really, it just decreases your incredible ability to generate power.
So keep the ribcage down when working overhead. And keep working on that "core".

Its Spotted Dick???? I found this at the store and had to bring it in, we actually ended up using this as one of the gifts for the worst Sweater award from our Holiday Party.
For those of you who do not know me, I promise I can be serious during instruction and class times, but how can I miss out on an opportunity to bring in Spotted Dick?
