Thankfully Eva is over!!!! Tomorrow we go HEAVY with Back Squats!
Thankfully Eva is over, that was a tough workout. Top performer of the day was Danny, great job bro! I also wanted to send a shout out to Ashley for using a 1.5 Pood Kettlebell, I'm super happy for her to accomplish such a task when four months ago she could barely lift a 1 pood!
