Nice job today at the Diablo Crossfit Affiliate challenge!!!!!! I know we all had a great time working as a team to accomplish a task. These challenges are great opportunities for any type of Crossfitter to push themselves mentally and physically. I hate the fact that some people feel embarrassed of feel as if they don't have a place at these competitions because you absolutely do. Whether you are an elite Crossfit athlete or just started last week these challenges will only push you to become stronger. I urge everyone to participate in as many of these opportunities as possible. I am yet to hear someone say that they felt uncomfortable or out of place, thats the beauty of Crossfit! Crossfit's ultimate goal is to get you guys in the best shape of your life. We are a judgment free community that urges people to take the next step and become more fit. So please, the next time an opportunity comes up to workout in public, take the opportunity and push yourself to new limits to help you reach a new level of fitness.

20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
Post time for each of five rounds to comments.
