Crossfit Santa Clara's newest member, Kiran! Kiran is a friend of several other members here and is ready to get started on Crossfit after hearing his friends talk about it constantly for the last few weeks. Not often I'm the last one on the board! Kind of weird coming to work out at 5:30 but fun, and nice to meet some people I don't usually see!
Ben (who is now 10) says thank you for letting him do a workout; he was feeling pretty shy (he sees you as one of the CrossFit Gods) but afterwards was pleased he did a real WOD with kipping pullups, especially as he couldn't do a single one last time he came with me!
Your gym is a welcoming and encouraging space, Jason.. Very much appreciated :-)
btw - about Nicole... running & pullups, at both of which I suck.. Yuck. I'm planning my pullup negotiating strategy for tomorrow.

Cynthia, no one can negotiate with Jason. He's immune to the stuff. I've tried so many times unsuccessfully. Though, perhaps you may fare better. Good Luck!
Also, I think it should be a goal for every female at this crossfit gym to be able to do ring dips. I still can only do 1 or 2, and mostly just use the bands.
Practice what you suck at, I promise it will only make you better.
