i <3 OHS !

and for those who are so inclined, here's the new Painstorm workout, freshly posted:

The June Painstorm (courtesy of Davie at CrossFit Central Scotland):

One Bar, Three Girls

21-15-9 rep rounds of
Thrusters
Pull-ups
Squat Cleans
Ring Dips
Deadlifts
HSPU's

Use the same load for all weighted movements. Folks who are only a little nuts should use Fran weight (95lb/ 65lb), those bordering on lunacy could try Elizabeth weight (135lb/ 85lb) and if anyone is insane enough to try Diane weight (225lb, 185lb) I want to see a video of that!!

Lee and I were talking about doing the 100 burpee challenge. 1 burpee on day 1, 2 burpees on day 2, all the way to 100 burpees on the 100th day. We all hate burpees so what better way to get better at them? Im gonna start next monday if anyone wants to join me, Lee?

oooh Danny, I did that last year, but fell behind when we were up around day 60 and just couldn't make it up so I bowed out.. I'm up for another go though, as it really did make them (and my pushups) easier!

I have a nice spreadsheet that shows the numbers (how many for each day, the total done, and total remaining) over the 100 days.. be kinda cool to keep a "100 Days of Burpees" count on the website too (hint hint)
