I want to start off by apologizing for my performance today as an instructor. I'm not sure what I had or have but it is a pretty bad flu that made me feel like crap pretty much all day. Part of this may be due to a lack of nutrition? Not quite sure but it sucked today!

Eva is my least favorite WOD too. I had to do it at the globo gym today, and I'm disappointed I couldn't share in the pain with you all.
It's brutal.
