The Coliseum in Italy! Who would have known History classes would pay off

Oakland coliseum.

What’s up CF Santa Clara,

Crossfit Sweat Shop is hosting a Fran-Off on Saturday, August 8th
That’s right, people! The world famous Fran-Off is back with brand new levels of awesomeness. What’s a Fran-Off? Teams of two compete head-to-head in a double elimination tournament for winner-take-all prize money. How much? $1,000! That’s right, 1k, a grand, a “G.” Paid-in-full to the winning team.

For complete details please follow this link: http://franoff.blogspot.com/

ahh, the Roman Colosseum. its amazing to think how many gladiators and animals met their end there.

...now that you mention it jake, it kind of does resemble the quality of structure that the oakland coliseum possesses.

Colosseum in Rome. Is Khalipa competing against gladiators there?? :-)

I just got my Rogue Do-Wins!!! They are soooo stinkin sick!!! I can't wait to visit CF Santa Clara when Jason gets back to get a great work-out and have Jason autograph my Khalipas! ;)

"PROPS TO THA FRAT!!!"
