Just because its a rest day doesn't mean you have to rest.


Tomorrow's class starts at 11am.

Options: 

Make up a work out you missed in the past 3 days

Relax by the pool, sip a mai tai, and read your favorite book

Make an attempt at celebrity status only to be thwarted by police when you are caught hiding under the Jonas Brother's tour bus. 

Do a work out from the Hopper deck.

Make up your own. 

or finally,

Run to the top of Mount Olympus (this one is for you Jason) and declare you are the Greek God of Fitness, only to be thwarted by Greek police when you are caught trespassing. 

COMMUNITY EVENT INTEREST....

PARALLETTE BUILDING PARTY....DRINKS INCLUDED
BUILD YOUR OWN SET OF PARALLETTES AND HAVE SOME FUN WITH YOUR FELLOW CROSSFITTERS.
TIME AND DATE TBD
Limited to 40 PEOPLE
There would be a cost included for supplies and drinks.
