With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

Piazza Venizia in Rome! I was just there 6 weeks ago. Looks like fun!

It's the Monumento Nazionale e Vittorio Emmanuele II (National monument to Vittorio Emmanuelle) in Rome. Also known by most Romans as "the wedding cake".

That's the National Monument of Victor Emmanuel II.

Ahh barely beat me !!!!

I've been waiting for the handstand picture!! Now, let's see some of Mrs. Khalipa!!

Until then, here's a great article from one of the affiliates:

Piazza Venizia in Rome...lived in Rome for a while

Thank you everyone for the responses, the truth is Ashley and I had no idea what the building was called, looks like you all do. When I get back it looks like I owe Mickey a bottle of wine, he lived in Italy for a while so I assume he is correct.

Hope all is well, keep crushing workouts!
