Core Activation class. We'll be doing this periodically to stabilize our spine and surrounding structures. Remember, everything we do is Core to Extremity so we much maintain a tight midline to bust out a sub 3 fran.
This is why the men are not allowed to play with the 6lb ball any more, they get stuck in the rafters!

I've gone crazy.. on top of the 100 Days of Burpees (Day 52 anyone?), I am about to begin 30 days of Paleo (no dairy/gluten/sugar), AND I went ahead and signed up for the Running & Endurance Cert.
Anyone else want in on the Paleo Challenge?? Anyone else going to the cert?
And, Hey, Meghan with the broken arm, are you back yet?
