Workout for Tomorrow:
As many rounds as possible in 5 Minutes of:
7 Overhead Squats 95#
7 Burpees
Rest 2 minutes and repeat for a total of 3 rounds
Some of you may have noticed the new addition in the gym. Joe was nice enough to build us this wall ball holder allowing more space to put other stuff below. Now I have to go out and buy some more wall balls or slam balls to fill up the top rack. Thank you Joe!

Lee didn't think I saw it, oh but I did! Lee nailed himself in the nose doing clean and jerks today, I just happened to get the perfect pic of him after it happened.
