25 Walking lunge steps
20 Pull-ups
50 Box jumps, 20 inch box
20 Double-unders
25 Ring dips
20 Knees to elbows
30 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
30 Sit-ups
20 Hang squat cleans, 35 pound dumbells
25 Back extensions
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
3 Rope climb ascents
Should be interesting!!! Get ready for a battle.

QUESTION FOR COMMENTS:
WHEN DO WE EVER USE ONE OF THE BELOW MOVEMENTS IN ITSELF WITH NO ADDITIONAL MUSCLE GROUPS IN REAL LIFE????
I'll start: I could curl a hot dog and eat almost half before being unable to reach the rest, I would then need to engage my shoulder to finish the meal making the curl useless.



I think I did that second movement at one point while giving birth..

Feeling bad because I won't be able to come to the gym today and do this workout. It sounds awsome! Have to prepare for a medical procedure.
