The CrossFit program is wholly unique in its aims, prescriptions, methodologies, and implementation. It's a program that would best prepare trainees for any physical contingency—prepare them not only for the unknown but for the unknowable as well.
Nor Cal Sectional registration is up, don't forget.

that is TOO funny!!! some of my colleagues at DEC (Digial Equipment Corps) back in the 80s used to do turkey bowling because DEC gave everyone a holiday turkey. I like the swings better.
Did anyone else do the twelve gifts of Christmas or was I the dummy to try it? That was five times worse than any games chipper. Am interested thoughts/opinions of anyone else who tried it.
Thanks for writing back Jason. I've actually been following your programming for a couple weeks now and I'm really impressed by the combos you come up with.
Is there any way you can let us know what good or competitive times for your WODs would be? I am currently training and want to go to The Games but I have no idea what I should be shooting for other than when you post sometimes.

Merry Christmas to all!

Hi Shannon,
I did it with about 10 other people at our gym yesterday. Yes, it was pretty dam bad.
Definitely not worse than the Games chipper to me but still pretty challenging.
Enjoy your Holiday
