Crap thought it was 155#
Posted by: Gary | January 29, 2010 at 08:24 PM
I thought it was 155# too. I thought I sent my gyms times in but I do not see them are there still more posts to come?
Posted by: Erik Fay | January 29, 2010 at 08:58 PM
I believe it is RX'D 155# for male and 105# for female. I read his post as no women did RX'D, but did 95# instead. I am sure all the males listed were RX'D at 155#.

Your right Paul that is what happened. Male rx'd was 155#.

Jason-- was the challenge specifically not one of the gym's WODs this week? That is, did you want us to either double up for it, or create a third WOD track?
Posted by: Miles Libbey | January 30, 2010 at 09:51 AM
Jason, Thank You here from Phoenix, AZ for creating these fun WOD's to compare with others. Everybody here enjoyed it. I forgot to send in times for some of my clients including my wife.
Jennifer Burgess - 20:03 60# (33/F/5'3"/114) everything else RX'd. Never broke up Pullups.
Krista Quinn - 18:55 60#, red band.
Mike Lauer - 22:14 70#.
Thanks again and we plan on following this.

I came late today..so 930 on weekdays not saturdays. But I still wanna leave the 11 am on Saturday as suggestion :) BTW...I liked the challenge WOD but i dont think Santa Clara folks got a chance to hit it in class. Will the challenges be options during the week?

Khalipa - our box hit the challenge this morning. our coach wuzn't sure about it, so we all ended with a round of Cindy (to equal 10 total rounds of Cindy). wuz that right? or did we add unnecessary extra work?
Posted by: clever | January 31, 2010 at 01:39 PM
Jason sorry I just caught on to this challenge yesterday. A couple of us from Crossfit Maximus in Lexington did it Rxd one Matt S. in 17:23, myself in 18:07 today. Awesome WOD I really started to feel it with the 155 lbs around the 7th round.
Posted by: Mike D. | January 31, 2010 at 04:39 PM
Clever that was correct. Next time I will make the workout standards extremely easy.
