Workout for Tomorrow:

Took this from the programming Austin did for me before the Games last year. I finished in the low 19's I believe.

Great Basin Final - "Game Time" workout. Speal got 19:57


800 Meter Run

3rounds of:
10 Squat Cleans @ 155/ 105 
20 Chest to Bar Pullups
30 Box Jumps @ 30"

800 Meter Run



Game Plan: Run the 800 in under 3:30, bang out the 155# squat clean's one by one (drop from full extension each time). Do all chest to bar pull up's unbroken (moderately challenging goal). The 30 Box Jumps will be a pain in the ass, just get through these! Finish the last 800 with a purpose, don't half ass it, hit it hard especially the last 400 meters.


If you are competing:

Finish the workout, recover, then hit max HSPU's (on the parallet's, nose to the floor) in a row.
