CROSSFIT SANTA CLARA'S WORKOUT 

CHALLENGE OF THE WEEK #2

Results MUST BE IN BY THURSDAY NIGHT AT MIDNIGHT California time.

             

Don't be afraid to send in scaled results....scaling is fine, lack of Range of Motion is not.

Video submission's to verify times will begin soon, not yet though.

              

The workout is:

Row 250 meters

21-15-9

Thrusters 115/85#

KB Swings 1.5pood/1 pood

followed by a finishing 

Row 250 meters  (explained better in the video)

                

I believe this entire workout can be done unbroken. This would be a great goal to shoot for!

                  

                 

Workout for Tomorrow: 

(don't worry we will do the one above one day this week)

                          

Practice the Handstand

              

Followed by

                

Perform 3 pull ups- 3 push ups- and 3 sit ups the first minute of work.

Your second minute will be: 4 Pull Ups- 4 push ups- and 4 sit ups 

Your third minute will be: 5 Pull Ups- 5 Push ups- and 5 sit ups

After you complete the task, you can rest for the rest of that minute.

                         

This sequence follows until you can no longer complete the task in 1 minute. Again, this is the first time we have tried this. I will most likely make tweaks to this.

If you finish this task before 10 minutes....I reserve the right to add something else if necessary.

Wow, the Santa Clara challenge workout really sucked. Thanks for doing this Jason. Its fun to add some variety to the schedule.
