Perform 30 snatches with PVC pipe or the bar only! These are full squat snatches Partner workout: The object you pick up can not be dropped until the task is accomplished. If the object is dropped the team must do 10 burpees (each). 100 Wall balls (this is together, you can switch off as much as you want, hold the ball, but can not let the ball drop) 100 KB Swings 1.5 pood/ 1 pood ....again the object can not be dropped!!!! 50 Wall Balls 50 KB Swings 1.5 pood/ 1 pood 20 Burpee pull up's.....just get it done!!! ( Just so you feel ok with another drink at the bar/bad food)Workout for Tomorrow:
Not a bad video on the Burgener Warm Up....we just need to add in now from the floor/positions lower than the high hang.

This was a fun workout even if I'm still feeling the effects. For those of you who did this unbroken (and by the amazing times posted there were some who did) you are incredible. And, for the women who did it RX'd, WOW! Add my thanks to that of Grace Tai's. I appreciate all the effort Jason and Ashley put into doing this.
