Thanks everyone. I'm sure Mickey will agree with me. We'll be looking for your support throughout this journey. A year ago, I would never have thought that I'd be spending my half-century mark competing in any sport, much less, one that has involved me in functional movements I have never done in my life. I truly believe that age is nothing but a number, and the person inside is what makes and builds that individual. Yep, I already have seen remarkable PRs busted, times broken, and numbers continue to get better. Thanks to Crossfit and to Jason for his enthusiasm and ability to teach this sport, Mickey and I have the opportunity to better ourselves.

We'll be looking up to all you guys too for technique, advice and experiences that hopefully we can incorporate into our workouts. Thanks again!

Btw, Jason, like Sal said, you're new logo is sick!

the posted wod calls for 95/65 thrusters, but on the whiteboard in the video the weights are 135/95 for the thrusters. which is it supposed to be? thanks.
