Workout for Tomorrow:
Start the week off with a bang!
Max backsquats in 2 minutes at 205# rest 1 minutes and repeat one more time...try and stay consistent.
Max Pull Ups test (see how many pull ups you can do without dropping off the bar)
As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:
5 Squat clean thrusters @ 95#
10 Box Jumps
Rest for 1 minute and repeat for a total of 3 rounds

That trip sounds amazing!
Also, here is a fun paleo recipe I tried the other day. It's called meatza. It was pretty darn good. Basically pizza with a meat "crust." It does include dairy, just a heads up if you are a dairy-less paleo practitioner. Make this with some veggies and it's a great meal. All in, it cost me about $25 and it can easily feed 4-5 people.

Alex, that meatza sounds pretty crazy!!!
I tried the almond meal sub for flour pizza recipe and was pretty satisfied, but MORE protein.. c'mon! Hands down, gotta try this.
This might be a dumb question, but anyone know a good paleo-friendly sub for cheese?
Big ups to the fellas that stay back after the noon class to fine-tune their work for sectionals. Very encouraging.
