The 5:30 crew, were was everyone today?? This is probably the smallest 5:30 class we have had in over 6 months....come on by tomorrow.

hahahahaha. we got a bunch comedians in this gym! hahah. Im just trying hide the pain my body is going through since Jason decided to "steroid" the WODs.
