3 Rounds for Time of:

10 Deadlifts @ 225#/135#

10 Hang Power Cleans @ 135#/95#

10 Front Squats @ 185#/115#

10 Shoulder to Overhead @ 135#/95#

Workout for Tomorrow:

 

Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3, you can drop the load but must almost immediately pick it up again.

 

Complete 100 Thrusters @ 95# 

On the minute every minute perform 5 Box Jumps

 

This should take 10 minutes or less I believe, we may change this workout if necessary.

I witnessed Jason do the workout of the week today with a little extra before and a little extra after.. grueling. It hurt to watch him. Nevertheless, LOOKING FORWARD TO IT!!! Hope I can make it to a box in Brooklyn to do this in..

Congrats on the muscle up, Mickey. Jason, I'd be interested in an afternoon class on the weekends, maybe around 3:30 (gotta give time to 'rehydrate' from the night before). It doesn't necessarily have to be a full on class, even open gym would be nice.

I agree on the additional weekend classes. 9am on Saturday is just to early for me. Perhaps 11 on Saturdays?

Congrats on the muscle up Mickey! I'd love to see an earlier class on the weekends. 9am on Saturday is ok, but an 8 would be awesome. 11 is way to late for me on Sunday, a 9am would be awesome! I'm an early bird!

I agree on more weekend classes/open gym. Times don't really matter to me. I go to my 'regular' gym on weekends and I can't stand it anymore. No one sweats.

DH, there are quite a few places in Brooklyn. I'll be in New Haven, CT tonight but plan to drive to Manhattan. Post back on here if you want to meet up for dinner or something..

I would like to see a 6 AM class every week day or even mon/wed/fri instead of tues/thur.

I'd come to a 9:30 am weekday class! Saturday afternoon would be fun too, just not at 3:30 when the Kids class is going on ;)

I haven't been to the gym this week because I'm in Pennsylvania for 4 weeks stuck in a hotel with a small "fitness room". I did manage to create a workout that I hope will help my arm strength.
My workout today:
5 Rounds for time of
10 reps push press with 20# dumbells (one in each arm)
10 knee pushups
10 "bar" dips using the flat bench

It was pretty brutal and I probably wont be able to lift my arms tomorrow. But its worth it.
