Couple of quick notes:


We have 9:30am class on Mon and Wen's. We also have a Tues and Thurs 6:00am class. If these classes do not grow we will be forced to cancel them, please come on by 

  

Lately I have been getting a ton of email's from military personnel overseas who use our programming on a daily basis. I wanted to just make a quick note and thank you for your service. If there is any help I/we can offer please let us know.

 

Goal's:

  

Let's talk about Goal's. Do you have a goal? For some/most people it is simply to look better in a bathing suit at the beach, for other's it is to perform daily tasks, for some it may be to get better at their sport. Regardless of your goal, we first have to set them to accomplish them. Just wanted to take a second and show you one thing I did (while I was on the plane) to help me achieve my fitness goal of winning the 2010 Crossfit Games.

       

I wrote up a list of the things I suck at and what I am going to do daily (every other day) to accomplish the Goal of getting better at what I suck at. Try and make a list, practice what you suck at and be amazing at how much better you can actually get. The daily do list should not be super crazy just something to get you practicing the movements often.
