Showed up right on time for the 7:30am class this morning....oh, there is no 7:30 class? Newbie mistake. Ended up doing the WOD at my work gym instead. Had to replace C&Js with a back squat due to gym limitations. Boo. Hard to motivate for that 4th round without people next to you to try and catch!!

The C and J should be about 5-10lbs more than last week, at this point about 70% or so of your 1rm
