Friendly reminders:


We will only have a 12:00pm class on Monday.

Our new facility should be ready on Tuesday, please assume that classes will be at

1731 N 1st St.

 


Workout for Tomorrow:


Clean and Jerk every minute on the minute for 10 minutes

 

4 Rounds of:

 

Run 400 meters

Row 500 meters

 

Rest 1 minutes in between each round

lol. ehh it was at baker beach, so i was considered to be fully clothed if you know what i mean! haha.

Hey Jason, what weight should we be at for the c&j? The max we can maintain for 10 minutes?

Showed up right on time for the 7:30am class this morning....oh, there is no 7:30 class? Newbie mistake. Ended up doing the WOD at my work gym instead. Had to replace C&Js with a back squat due to gym limitations. Boo. Hard to motivate for that 4th round without people next to you to try and catch!!

The C and J should be about 5-10lbs more than last week, at this point about 70% or so of your 1rm

Kerry I know what you mean about the motivation, nice work for still doing it

For those of you going to the fun run, I'll be leaving from the gym at 8:15am. I have 3 spots in my car if anyone wants to carpool, let me know.
