Trey, that is an instant classic! Fbook profile pic for sure haha.

This Saturday was awesome! It was so fun to see our members being so helpful to all the new crossfiters! Shows how increadible our community is!

Jason, I really don't like the "disclaimer of the week."

Good stuff Trey! How bout a cop car next buddy? :)

Pfft cop car? That's what I warmed up with! Haha

Danny, I was just thinking of that.. But you have to beat the 56k pound load Trey's squatting.. You can bet I'll be looking for a Boeing 737.

Trevor backsquat PR: 1 Otpimus Prime.

Jason - I was hoping you'd use the Sat group picture where I was giving Jacob "bunny ears"!
Alex..."increadible"? Really? After giving J such a hard time about his spelling?

In-cread (sounds like bread)-ible.. I'll convince my son to stay away from the UC system.. :P

Dear Professor Mickey,

I'll chalk that one up to posting a comment while driving on my iPhone... Officer Danny, I hope you are not reading this!

Also, I don't know what kind of punctuation rules they teach at Stanfurd, but periods question marks and commas go inside the quotation marks! For example, "how do you like them apples?"

Now you know why I went into science!!

I love how sometimes when I don't make it into the box, just reading your guys' comments makes me feel like I didn't miss out on good times!!

14'25" (RX)... globo gym steez!
