Few Things:

 

Don't forget about our BBQ on Monday!!!

 

 

We will not be having a mobility class tomorrow night.

  

 

OUR NOON CLASS TOMORROW WILL BE AT 11:30am, I apologize for the late notice. (if you get in at 12, we will still make it work)

 

   

 

Workout for Tomorrow:

 

Practice what you suck at work

 

then

 

40 Deadlift's 225# 

Run 400 Meters 

20 HSPU's 

Run 800 Meters

10 Muscle Ups

Run 1200 Meters

2 Prowler Pushes to finish it all off!

 

 

For a little extra motivation, check out this lift. Think 225 is heavy, try 1000!

Sweet video! High fives and chset bumps!!

Felt like I was going to die after today's workout! Thursday's WOD looks hella fun. C U at 11:30!! (hopefully)

1000#s is impressive, but I think that guy probably weighs 450-500 lbs. lol
