Please get ready for our Paleo Challenge which will begin January 1st.
In a nut shell a Paleo Challenge is simply a fun way to change the way you eat. It is also much easier to do with a support system which we will offer. We will have different tiers to the program based on how "Paleo" you want to go. I want to encourage all of you to change the way you eat, even a little bit would be great.
The challenge will have a monetary "buy in" in the beginning which will be given away as prizes at the end.
I would also like to have everyone's blood work and body fat taken as well.
Athlete's will be required to keep a food log on Google Docs which will be checked daily.
Oleg after his one on one intro session. This is exactly what we are looking for when you are finished with your workouts. You don't have to puke or roll around on the ground in a sweat angel, but please be tired and feel fully exhausted.
Suzanne hit a 30# Personal Best Deadlift Today!!!!!!!
Workout for Tomorrow:
Muscle Up Technique Work
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
10 Wall Ball Shot's
How long will this challenge last? and will bodyfat tests be provided?

This Paleo challenge must be fate. I was just telling myself this evening that I need to change my eating habits. I'm in. Just so everybody knows, I'm going to kill this so you might just want to give your cash directly to me.

Currently we are set to go for 30 days however this may change before the event begins to 45 days. It will obviously be announced if we change it.
And sorry Kurt...I'm in on this one too! I'm gunning for you!
My goal is to loose 20lbs for the Crossfit Games in 2011, figure this was a good way to start.

I'm in as well.. I'll be eating like crap this month, so I too can lose 20# in January. I suggest Chris "the Rock" follow suit. He's been gaining poundage last I heard.

I just did 30 days in October so be prepared to bring it on this.
On a side note, does anyone have good ideas for a Christmas list? I have inov8's and some deadlifting socks, but I need a few more items. Any ideas?

I'm so down for this challenge. Can't wait to start.

Michael, I'd suggest an RX Jump Rope or maybe an Abmat if you need stuff to do on the side.
Jason said something funny today. "everyone grab your balls and let's get started".
