Today I took a few awesome videos of the crew but unfortunately left my camera at the gym.
Here is a pic I took of a lunch I had a few days ago. Thought it looked too damn good not to share. This came from the Counter at Santana Row. I got a 1/2lb burger (no salt) 1/2lb chicken breast on top of the salad which was amazing! Drizzle some olive oil on top and your good to go. This served as two of my small meals, I only ate half and took the rest for later.
low bar back squat is great, definitely something i want to work on. it makes the squat so much easier at least for me because using high bar, i bend at the waist too much and basically do a good morning
