Hey Jason,
My name is Keith SIMON and I hail from Columbus, OH. I am a NASM CPT myself. I do not belong to a Crossfit affiliate, but have always trained in the superset style fashion that is similar to that of Crossfit. I actually had not heard of Crossfit until I began working as a personal trainer at my current gym (a "globo gym" if you will), where one of the trainers trains at Rogue in Gahanna, OH.
I, as many other people, have fallen in love with Crossfit. I just wanted you to know, how much of a physical motivator you are to myself and a few of the other trainers. Currently, also being 23 years old at 5'11" I am 205 lbs, similar to your stature. While I am required to maintain a certain weight for Rugby (playing semi-professionally here in Ohio), I admire your athleticism.
Congrats on the games this past weekend, and keep up the good work.
Cheers,
Keith
