-1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
-1 Cup chopped onion
-1 Cup chopped red bell pepper
-1 Tablespoon minced garlic
-2 Smoked porkchops diced (regular ones are fine too)

-2 cups chicken broth
-2 tablespoons tomato paste
-1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (more to taste)

Heat olive oil in a large stock pot over medium-high heat. Add chopped onions, chopped bell pepper, minced garlic, and porkchops; saute 5 plus minutes or until vegetables are tender and porkchops are cooked.
