A quick note on parking:


If any of you come to the 8am, 12pm, or 4:30 classes, try and park away from the Windows and Doors shop (they have a large white van out front that is hard to miss). They have been super cool about us essentially filling up the entire parking lot, it would just be nice to make sure that they have a couple of spots.




Tomorrow we will do the final CrossFit games open workout. We work the pull up a bit and talk about the chest to bar pullup as well. For those who need to scale, here is a pull up hierarchy to follow:

Chest to bar (kipping)

Kipping pullup

Chest to bar jumping pullup

Jumping pullup

Try to challenge yourselves as much as possible for you too keep a good flow to the workout.


For those of you who need to be judged, we will be able to make it work in the classes tomorrow.

Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes following the rep scheme below:

3 Barbell Thrusters (100lbs / 45kg)
3 Chest to bar Pull-ups
6 Barbell Thrusters (100lbs / 45kg)
6 Chest to bar Pull-ups
9 Barbell Thrusters (100lbs / 45kg)
9 Chest to bar Pull-ups
12 Barbell Thrusters (100lbs / 45kg)
12 Chest to bar Pull-ups
15 Barbell Thrusters (100lbs / 45kg)
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups
18 Barbell Thrusters (100lbs / 45kg)
18 Chest to bar Pull-ups
21 Barbell Thrusters (100lbs / 45kg)
21 Chest to bar Pull-ups...
This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 21, go on to 24. If you complete 24, go on to 27, etc. 



Everyone should shoot to get through the set of 21 pull ups!
