20 Deadlift's @ 225 (unbroken for sure)

10 HSPU's

hey Mountain view crew,

if any of you guys/girls are interested, on Saturday I'm trying to get some people together at santa clara to do the Crossfit total around 10 a.m. or whenever the 9 am class clears out

For those that don't know, the Crossfit Total is where you make 3 attempts at a 1 rep max of shoulder press, deadlift and back squat. Then you add up all your weight for your total. The more people we have to cheer everyone on the better.
