Workout for Tomorrow:


Bent Over Row Heavy (stay tight, slight bend in the knee, pull from the floor to your rib cage. Try not to use any momentum)


Row 250 

20 burpees

10 Ground to overhead @ 185#'s

(Tim and Pat should like this one)


Rest 1 minute and repeat for a total of 4 rounds

These should be all out efforts!!!


Don't get all caught up in the way this guy breaks down the muscle's involved. Bottom line, your lifting a heavy object from right above the floor to your chest....has some functional application for sure.

Is the sign up for the blood drive just on the white board?

40 Ground to overhead@185...wtf. Have you seen the size difference between Tim and I ? Where are the pull ups and ring dips? I am a dead man.

I Posted the blood drive a few days ago, we should show up by now on their site also.

I had a great workout tonight at CrossFit Costa Mesa. Called them up and told them I was in SoCal on a business trip this week. They graciously welcomed me into their box. Will be hitting WODs with them for the next 3 days. Gotta love the CrossFit community!!

Yeah I gotta agree with Pat... It will be hard to keep up with me on this one:)

Where can I find the mobility class schedule?

We have added mobility daily in to our warm ups and have had to cancel the class for another month or so.
