Please keep in mind that we have a 7:30pm class tomorrow.

 

I had the privilege to coach the 10,11,12,3:30,4:30,5:30 and 6:30 classes today. Awesome work by everyone!!

20 Jumps over the bar

   

Some of you may be looking at this and realize I changed the workout. 

This workout may be modified to meet the classes goals.

I do really wish i could offer you a response throughout time or perhaps any time shape.
