Workout for Tomorrow:
Front Squat 4 reps
Back Squat 6 reps
Rest in between is minimal.....perform 5 sets of the above increasing load each time....this should be challenging!
As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Box Jumps
15 Wall Ball Shots
20 KB Swings
