The 6:30pm classes are getting a bit crazy and we realize this. Currently we have 3 instructors, we are going to add another to make 4. I always want you guys to feel like you are getting the attention you deserve. Do not worry, we will be making adjustments starting next week. 


Please remember Fiesta Friday is Next Friday the 22nd



Question for you guys:


If you could see any new class time be added to the schedule what would it be? 




A few ways to sub the push up and hand stand push up. 

A quick note about the HSPU.....please remember the tripod position. Your head should slightly go in front of your arms, your elbows should stay inside giving you more power out of the bottom position. 




Workout for Tomorrow:



Shoulder Press 1-1-1-1-1 (heavy!!!!!)



Max Rounds in 10 minutes of:


Run 200 meter's

10 Box Jumps 24"

5 One arm DB Thruster (right)

5 One arm DB Thruster (left) 

10 Box Jumps 24"

Friday @ 6:30

6 AM Friday morning

Friday @6:30pm

Friday 6:30, or a Saturday technique class (learn pullups, double-unders, etc)

Earlier Sunday class

Olympic lifting needs to be brought back into the mix, maybe 1 night a week.

maybe an 8am class?

Mobility or olympic a couple times a week would be awesome as well.

A mobility class in Mountain View would be good.

I’ve found that sometimes a good visual can make all the difference to a blog post, so I’m always sure to include at least one. They brighten the place up a little too.
